NOTICE - ALL DEPARTMENT OFFICERS AND CHAIRMAN ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE AN ORAL REPORT, AS WELL AS A WRITTEN
REPORT FOR THE CONFERENCE RECORDER.
A Block of rooms has been set aside at Jorgenson’s and will be held until October 18th. You should make your own reservations. The toll free number for Jorgenson’s is 1-800-272-1770
The Executive Committee meetings will be held rooms 13/15 of the RTI at Fort Harrison (National Guard side)
To reach the building, enter through the main gate of Fort William Henry Harrison (not the VA, but the National Guard Fort) take the first right on Mt Majo St, proceed until you reach the large brick building to your left front, turn left on Sananandra Dr, proceed until the motor pool is on your right and the Simulation Center is on your left, then turn left and park in the parking lot. Enter through the north door. Make sure you have a picture ID to enter the Fort.
The Banquet on Saturday is Stuffed Pork Chops; tickets are $23.00 and are available from Department Headquarters or at the conference.
